This is so important.
I was never a runner. I hated running. I was one of those people who only ran “if a bear was chasing me”.
Then I got MS. Now I can’t run. Physically can’t. I don’t have the balance required. My muscles can’t move fast enough. I have foot drop, which means I trip over my own toes while walking, much less running. My muscles can’t react fast enough to cushion the blows of the foot strikes - try running without bending your knees and you’ll see what I mean.
I often say that if I magically gained back the ability to run, I’d go full-tilt until I collapse. I can’t run with my daughter, and that kills me.
So if you can run, do. You never know when you won’t be able to ever again.

1. youre not very good at it. the manipulations you make are so fucking freakish that all i have to do is glance at your photos and know that its not real.

2. the natural beauty of these women is so profound that the fact that you feel the need to photoshop them is fucking INSANE. 

3. we do not need another fucking shit putting these unrealistic expectations of women (and men, cause you shop them too) into the world. its not right. you know its not, i know its not and tumblr knows.

HIIT CARDIO.

Numerous studies have shown that HIIT cardio is extremely effective for fat loss. It revs up your metabolism (unlike steady-state cardio) and keeps it elevated for hours after you finish. Give it a try!:

Warm up at a comfortable intensity for 5 minutes.
Then, give your maximum effort for 15 to 30 seconds, followed by a 2-minute recovery.
You can walk during the recovery or you can just take it down to a very light jog, depending on your current level of fitness. More than likely, though, you will be going so hard that you will need to walk during the recovery.
Perform between 6 and 10 of these intervals, and finish with a cooldown.

The most Orange-y Soup of all the soups! (photos coming sometime maybe…)

  • Sweet Potato (Damn that tattie is sweet.) 
  • Carrots (Give left over carrots to cute bunnies.) 
  • Orange zest and Juice of one Orange (NESCESSARY FOR AWESOMENESS) 
  • A piece of root ginger (about three inches long) grated or somethin’
  • Dash of Salt. 
  • 1 Veg stock cube if you so desssiiiiirrreeee
  • Nutmeg to taste, whatever delights your taste buddies! :D 

I used a potato masher and hand blender to puree the soup and then added extra water afterwards. 

ENJOY! :D

ADAPTED RECIPE Ingredients4 cups chopped romaine lettuce  & bok choy3 chicken breast tender, baked and shredded  2 green onions, chopped1 package shirataki noodlesSesame-Rice vinegar dressing

Dressing: 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil6 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar 1 teaspoon sesame oil (add more to taste if you prefer a strong sesame taste) 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar (I used stevia) 2 teaspoons light soy sauce 2 tablespoon sesame seeds 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions (from website): Combine lettuce, chicken breast, green onion, and pasta. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk well until sugar dissolves. Dress lettuce mixture with 2-3 tablespoons of sesame dressing and top with sesame seeds.
